Washburn adding split-finger pitch

Mariners left-hander Jarrod Washburn needs an out pitch, and he is thinking split-finger fastball. Washburn threw one in Saturday's loss to the White Sox and could soon add it to his regular arsenal.

I can't stand the fact that every time I turn on ESPN they are showing 90% coverage of the Red Sox, Yankees, and Mets. I agree that there should be increased coverage of the rest of the MLB.White Sox Road Trips Starts Off Well
