Week 15 NFL Review: Steelers Lay Ground Work For No. 1 Seed In The AFC

 
The Pittsburgh Steelers won their division,taking down the Baltimore Ravens in a defensive battle, 13-9. This opens the door for Pittsburgh to beat Tennessee next week and  take over number one seed in the AFC. To further hinder the Titans, who lost to Houston  this week 13-12. Albert Haynesworth, the rock of their defense, went down with a knee injury, and could very well be out of the lineup next week and possibly the season. Chicago got by New Orleans on Thursday, 27-24,but remains one game behind the Minnesota Vikings who won over Arizona big in the desert this week. Taveres Jackson had four, yes four touchdown passes in a 44-14 win over Arizona. Adrian Peterson rushed for 165 yards for a huge day and possible MVP consideration this season. The continually surprising Atlanta Falcons kept their own playoff hopes alive with a 13-10 overtime win against the slipping Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Atlanta will have to get it done next week against Minnesota to make a playoff berth.  ... (link)
