West Virginia running back Steve Slaton will forgo his senior season to enter the NFL draft. Mountaineers football spokesman Mike Montoro confirmed Sunday that Slaton informed the coaching staff of his decision Sunday afternoon. Slaton's decision was first reported by ESPN.com. The Orange to face another Big East foe on the road

Syracuse (12-4, 2-1) is set to play another Big East opponent when the Orange battle West Virginia (11-4, 1-2) today at 2 PM EST on ESPNU. It’s been a while since these two teams last met, since with the wacky Big East scheduling (up to now) not all teams played one another.
