Recently, I wrote an article about not being able to follow Michigan as well as I would like. I live in Hawaii, and they show regional and headline games. It wasn't hard for me to follow them the first nine years out here because they were good. However, last year they were rebuilding and very few games were shown out here.
That made it difficult for me to develop any kind of emotional connection with the players. The fact that most of the players under the old regime left made it even harder. Now I was stuck with players that I don't know and I couldn't get to know because they weren't shown as much.
Now I hear that less Michigan games will be shown out here this year for regional coverage. That could change if Michigan starts winning of course.
One option I was introduced to since that article was the Big Ten Network. Then I found out that it was available in Hawaii. I was excited to find that out. Now I am definitely wanting to order it, but first I do have some questions.
