What can Yankees expect out of Hughes?

 
Can the young Yankee pitcher Phil Hughes rebound from his injury that he suffered last season, that put him on hold for a while.  Hughes pulled his left hamstring last season on May 1, 2007 against the Texas Rangers and he would not return until August 4th against the Kansas City Royals.  The Yankees are counting on Hughes to have a great season, since recovering from his injury.  They are hoping that they can give them the success that they were expecting out of him.  Hughes shows great ability on the mound, and he is a proven starter in the majors.  Hughes is one of the best young pitchers in baseball right now.  He will be a major part of the Yankees reaching their goal, 27th World Championship.  He needs to stay healthy to be a part of the Yankees postseason success, and if they want to reach the postseason.  Last season Hughes's debut season record was 5-3 with an ERA of 4.46, and he has 58 strikeouts over his career.  Hughes will be a great ...
