Let’s just say Brian Schneider and Ryan Church go back a ways, enough to make Schneider feel comfortable making this crack Sunday morning when they entered the clubhouse together: “Hey, what inning do you think he gets a concussion?” Church, who presumed Schneider was hitting directly behind him in the order, responded in jest: “Over-under on number of good pitches I’m going to see if he’s behind me.” [link]
