Pitt was never going to be it despite the fact that Pryor's father would have loved to see him there. That's fine. There's no rule that says a kid has to stay home and play for the hometown team. In Pryor's case, it's probably good that he is getting away, not that Columbus, Ohio, is on the other side of the world. The pressure on him at Pitt would have been extraordinary. 65 – 54 Thrashing of Pitt… The Spartans Rule, they worked as a TEAM, They played like SPARTANS !!! Most thought Pitt would be too much for the Spartans… But not the Faithfull.. It was a Tremendous Game ! Lucas, Neitzel, Suton were Studs. Shooting for 19, 21 and 14 points, Total between the 3 guys 54 points… Drew was 5 for 8 from 3 point land… Suton, the SPARTYMSU player of the game, had 14Gus Johnson, Where Art Thou?

Rocco Gill was more than a little worried when he got to his cell phone Sunday afternoon and discovered he had missed seven calls from his long-time friend Brad Jones.
