What To Make Of The Steroid Era?

 
We live in a age where you never see raw talent like you used to see. It seem's every good player you would look up to as a kid is on steroids, A-Rod,Manny,Sammy Sosa,etc. You look at Albert Pujols and you say well he's putting up monster numbers and hes never been testified for steroids. With all due respect to Albert Pujols but isn't that what everyone was saying about A-Rod two years ago, isn't that what everyone was saying about Manny Ramirez five years ago, isn't that what everyone was saying about Sammy Sosa, Roger Clemens, and Mark Mcgwire 10 years ago. Some chose to go the path of lying about it in front of Congress,Roger Clemens, Mark Mcgwire, Barry Bonds, and Sammy Sosa. Others chose to tell the truth, A-Rod, and Jason Giambi. It seems that the players of our age have forgotten that the only way you'll get better is if you practice, and believe that they wont be good unless they use steroids. People like Ozzy Guillen are right, just show us the list. What is the point of keeping it ... (link)
