Joe Crede's ninth-inning single off Joba Chamberlain scored Carlos Quentin from second base and allowed the White Sox to claim a 7-6 victory over the Yankees at U.S. Cellular Field on Thursday night. The win prevented the White Sox from suffering their first three-game losing streak or three-game series sweep of the 2008 season.
