Who are the odd men out?

 
As the season is coming upon us, there are a few spots up for grabs.  Maybe only one now since the signing of Reed Johnson.  I was a little ticked off because this means Matt Murton will be sent back to the great state of Iowa.  But its a smart thing to do, bring a guy in who hits lefty good and can play all three positions.  Remeber Murton is a pretty big liability in the field. It just sucks because i really like Murton. The other spot of for grabs is the lefty spot out of the bullpen, since the injury of scotty erye. Pignatiello has had a great spring.   He has pitched ten innings and only given up five hits and one run.  Another thing, no walks.  You need a guy who can come in in the late innings with runners on base, and throw strikes and hit your spots.  Thats why I feel Marshall is the odd man out.  I think marshall is a little too shakey of a pitcher to be the only lefty in the bullpen.  But then again who is Carmen ...
