Why does DeAngelo not have a number listed yet?

Does it seem odd to anyone else that Hall does not have an assigned number yet, at least according to raiders.com.  Otis and Meyer both had numbers the day they were signed.  All the other big name free-agents have been rewarded with numbers, but DeAngelo is still numberless.  He was number 21 in Atlanta, and I am hoping that he isn't trying to grab the number from Nnamdi (pointless, unnecessary drama) or worse yet that there may actually be truth the the rumors that the Raiders would still entertain the idea of trading Nnamdi away.  Any imput?
