Why isn't No-Touch Icing in the NHL ?

 
Tonight I was watching the Minnesota Wild versus the San Jose Sharks, a good clean game, with some great exciting hockey. Then with 5 minutes remaining in the second period, the puck was iced out of the San Jose zone. Curtis Foster from the Wild, chased down the puck with Torrey Mitchell a Shark, a stride behind both were flying at top speed. As Foster went into the corner, Mitchell right behind him applied enough pressure on an angle, which caused Foster to collapse awkwardly and crush himself in between the boards and Mitchell. You could see it didn’t look well for Foster, and you could hear him cry. As he was down for a really long time, the trainers from both sides came into help. The players all around looked helplessly as they wish they could do their part, though they are only hockey players. In my point both Foster and Mitchell were only doing their job, as they know how, hard. No one is to blame, as they gave two minutes to Mitchell for tripping. This happens from time to time, ...
