Wooden doing well at rehab center after fall

John Wooden is getting his strength back at a rehabilitation center, three weeks after the 97-year-old UCLA coaching great broke his left wrist and collarbone in a fall at home. Wooden's daily exercises are making him "stronger every day," his daughter, Nan Muehlhausen, said Wednesday through a UCLA spokesman. Wooden planned to watch top-seeded UCLA on TV in its NCAA tournament opener against Mississippi Valley State on Thursday night. [link]
