Yanks lose despite Mussina, Crystal

Long after the Spring Training debut of designated hitter Billy Crystal, who struck out in the first inning on Thursday in his only at-bat, the Yankees rallied but fell, 5-3, to the Pirates. Mike Mussina continued to improve, tossing five perfect innings.

Billy Crystal officially made history today, as he was placed in the lead-off position of the Spring Training game between the Yankees and Pirates at Legends Field in Florida.
