I'm amazed at how many people question this. Yes, there's a number of drivers at or near pushing 50, and many of today's top drivers are small in stature. I'll admit machine plays a big role in the sport, yet driving a car at 190+ mph for 500 miles DOES require athleticism. Need more proof? Check this out.
