Tigers add Audy Ciriaco, Scott Sizemore and two other minor leaguers to 40-man roster
Tigers GM Dave Dombrowski said Ciriaco is a very good defensive shortstop and that Sizemore is ready to replace Placido Polanco if the second baseman leaves as a free agent. The other two minor leaguers are right fielder Brennan Boesch and first baseman-outfielder Ryan Strieby.
