For Hot Foot, Andrew Beaton says that he
is able to accept the Mets second consecutive postseason
collapse, because such things do happen in sports. On the other hand, Beaton says he cannot tolerate the disrespect that the Wilpons demonstrate by building a stadium with more than 10,000 fewer seats.
Compared to a lot of the other reactionary talk surrounding the team immediately after the season, I feel like the conservative Mets fan.
