I have not been recovering quickly. I am getting better but it has been awfully slow progress. I do think I have turned the corner. Here is getting ready for a little trail ride at Smithville. Read more here
Cycling
I was hoping after my steady progress of recovery on Wednesday and Thursday I would be racing this weekend. I kinda platued on Friday and Saturday. This was my leg a few minutes ago and it is still hurting. Hurry up and wait.
