Yep, Brock basically had a little training session at Herring's expense. It was probably the most one sided, longest beating I can think of at the moment. I picked Herring to win, now I pick him to beat permanent brain and organ damage. Come on Herring!

Much free MMA, Yipee. Another weekend packed with MMA. Elite XC 'Unfinished Business' is Saturday on CBS at 9 p.m E. UFC 84 'Ill Will' is on Spike at the same time. Dana claims to have a big announcement during the airing. Dust off those VCRs and remember EP records for longer than the SP setting.

October 11 Fedor will continue his collection of former UFC champions. Tim Silvia was quickly dispatched in 36 seconds. I don't expect a much different fate for Arlovski. Dana doesn't have the best heavy weight, and he's pissed.
