As expected, Toro Rosso’s Sebastian Vettel has been announced as Mark Webber’s team-mate for the 2009 season. The German was officially unveiled today, and will replace the departing David Coulthard, who announced at the British Grand Prix that he will retire at the end of this season. Vettel’s replacement at Toro Rosso is not yet known.
