Just to let you know... My plane finally took off at 2:05 this morning, and we got in at 3:11. Here are my babies, Fred and George, enjoying a nap on the windowsill - their favorite spot, the little nook between my computer desk and the window - little arms wrapped around each other. They fight like any brothers, but they're so close...it's really neat to see their connection. And moments like these are just precious.

I came home from a ten-day trip to PA to discover that what I thought were thick-stalked weeds in a pot by my back porch were actually sunflowers! I have a feeling they grew from birdseed that fell from the feeders above the pot.
Here they are beside the feeders...
