In a move that surprised me a bit, the Yankees added the following players to the 40-man roster today:
Pitchers: Hector Noesi, Ivan Nova, Romulo Sanchez
Hitters: Reegie Corona, Eduardo Nunez, Kevin Russo, Austin Jackson.
