... the Glazers own the Bucs…and they bought Man U a few years ago. Poof! That is how I chose which team to follow since I have no other justification to jump on any other bandwagons. But…I must admit…I watch Chelsea and Arsenal and then hop over to Real Madrid and AC Milan...oh yeah, and I get South American games with my satellite… If you didn’t believe that I had sports ADD before then you must now…) You can follow ex-Man U star David Beckham and the Los Angeles Galaxy here at The Offside. I also found MLS Fan Blog that covers the rest of the league. ...

The Galaxy hasn’t made the playoffs for a couple years. Punting on this season is not acceptable. It starts Thursday.” Or, in other words, there may soon be more heads rolling at the foot of that Galaxy guillotine. ... LA Galaxy: A View From the Other Side Posted by Joe Ross on April 10, 2008 Ahead of this Sunday's Los Angeles-Toronto match (which will ne shown on The Score), I've asked bloggers Jen and Laurie from lagalaxy.theoffside.com to bring us up to speed on how Ruud Gullit's boys have been faring. I'm hoping to make this a regular segment before TFC matches. Here's what they had to say: Who's on form? Jen: Beckham, Donovan, and Chris Klein for sure. Laurie: What she said, plus Mike Randolph Who's been playing like crap? Jen: Hmm. Cronin has not been playing well. The rest of ...
Bryan Jordan makes them swoon in Hong Kong
Published 3/14/2008 by Bob Kellett at Portland Timbers
... Remember when Bryan Jordan was an unknown trialist from Oregon State just hoping to make the Portland Timbers roster? That was soooooo 2007. The young lad had himself a nice rookie season, got invited to train with the LA Galaxy and earned himself a trip to Asia where he found out what it is like to be David Beckham. If the Timbers want him back this season they might need to hire some of those women to hang outside the locker room after each game. ...
Your RSL potpurri: Striker rumor, Olympic update, Nimo story

... USSF announces it. I’d assume Nathan Sturgis and Chris Seitz would be logical choices, no?
If you don’t want to wait for me to post, your can head to U.S. Soccer’s official site here.
The Olympics are Aug. 8-24 in Beijing. Boy, did Toronto get screwed. Anyway, RSL plays two games during the Olympics (16th at Houston, 23rd at Columbus) and one in the immediate buildup (July 28 vs. Toronto FC).
