Preview: Pistons/Bucks

... game against Milwaukee in his career, his second highest against any team. In Ramon Sessions, the Bucks have one of the best backup point guards in the world, and Luke Ridnour has been a major part of the team's resurgence of late. The starting point guard has these averages in Milwaukee's last three: 13.0 points, 8.3 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.6 steals. All wins, not surprisingly.

“Ball don’t lie! Ball don’t lie!”
Anyone remember ‘Sheed taunting Noce a couple of years ago as he scored on the low block at will? Well it might happen tonight as the Bulls try to get to .500 tonight with a meeting against the Pistons in Auburn Hills. Drew Gooden and Tyrus Thomas are expected to be out tonight which leaves the Bulls very thin up front with Gray and Nocioni (Macaroni!) [huh? -ed.].
We can expect lots of small ball lineups with Noce aimlessly parading around at ...

Recap - Utah Jazz @ Detroit Pistons
Published 18 days ago by Basketball John at SLC Dunk
... grueling game against Boston, the 22-point comeback against the Nets, and now a 2 OT win against the Pistons, it feels like we've been on this road trip for a couple weeks.
Up next are the Bulls and Deron's chance to get revenge on Derrick Rose. Not revenge in the injure him sense but perhaps the exclamation game that marks his comeback. I think a dunk over someone, preferrably Rose, would be a good finish.

Game Day: Detroit, the bailout
Published 11/23/2008 by Stop-n-Pop at Canis Hoopus
Fear not Detroit! While your captains of industry may have run your city into the ground (and flown away on private jets) Minnesota has just the ticket for any ills your professional basketball team may be having: Our Beloved Puppies Zombies. I know it's not much, but it's the best we can do right now.
For all of you Detroit fans who don't play much (or any) attention to our favorite team, let me give you a brief rundown of where things stand: Last year the Wolves were simply awful. This year they are simply awful. ...

... and has no three-point shot whatsoever (18% from beyond). I think Stuckey is completely over-hyped. The good news for the Pistons is that I'm picking on one of their bench players, and a guy who probably shouldn't see more than 15 minutes/game. They're solid, I think they drop a couple of games because their new coach will lean on the young guys a little more than Flip did, which should wind up helping the team in the long run. Player with the Most to Prove: Paul Pierce – Pierce has been running his mouth all offseason about how he is the best player in the game.
