Just when you thought the Minnesota Vikings couldn’t win without stud rookie back Adrian Peterson – the team has run off two in a row.  Sunday in the Meadowlands vs the Giants, the team used three INT returns for scores, and an offense just good enough as the team overwhelmed the Giants 41-17 in front of a rather stunned crowd.
