There's nothing I can tell you about myself that you can't learn by perusing the archives. I've written over 700 posts, though, so you'd better get crackin'. Might take awhile.

Top 10 (Or So) Sox Prospects
Published 7/23/2008 by Texas Gal at Center Field
At Bus Leagues Baseball, Extra P. and OMDQ spend baseball season trying to keep up with MLB's murky substrata - the minor leagues. As a birthday gift to Center Field, the guys decided to delve into the world of Sox prospects past and present.
Yesterday, OMDQ took a look at the Top 100 Sox prospects of all time. Today, Extra P. delves into the current Top 10(ish) Red Sox Prospects. In addition to talking stats and numbers, he was also kind enough to evaluate each of the guys' future prospects as Baseball Boyfriend material. Bless him! ...
Storming The Press Box

... Milton Bradley’s recent escapades, in which he attempted to gain entry to the press box to “introduce” himself to a broadcaster who had painted him in a mildly unflattering light during a game against Kansas City, inspired me to write up this classic tale of anger in the press box.
This post originally appeared at One More Dying Quail. I’m reprinting it here because, well, it belongs here.
As a 24-year-old pitcher in 1996, Matt Wagner appeared in fifteen games (fourteen of them starts) for a Seattle Mariners team ...

... the All-Star break, then won something ridiculous like 19 of 20 - Morgan Magic! - over the next few weeks to jump into first place. I was a little sad when they got smoked by the A's in the ALCS, but it was way more cool to be eight years old and think, "Wow, this baseball is awesome!" Had my introduction to the sports come from later teams, I might've gained an appreciation of the game, but I imagine that the excitement I feel over its history derives from that 1988 squad." - Brian, One More Dying Quail ...

The New Moneyball Paradigm

5 Reasons why Delmon Young should win Rookie of the Year
Published 11/12/2007 by Jordi at The Serious Tip
... Sometime this week, the American League will announce its 2007 Rookie of the Year. Barring any voting irregularities, the two front runners should be Boston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia and Tampa Bay Devil Rays right fielder Delmon Young. Although I believe Pedroia will probably win the award, I have challenged One More Dying Quail of the illustrious sports blog One More Dying Quail to give five reasons why the candidate on his beloved Red Sox is more worthy than the candidate on my local nine. ...
EPIC CARNIVAL'S NCAA FOOTBALL TOP 20+1: WEEK 10

by OMDQ, One More Dying Quail This is getting ridiculous: three teams, all separated by one point. One. Oregon is lucky number one this week, taking over the top spot from Ohio State. The Buckeyes scored three fourth quarter touchdowns last week to beat Wisconsin, 38-17, but ended up trailing the Ducks by the narrowest of margins when all was said and done. They are joined at #2 by LSU, which played its fourth consecutive game against a ranked opponent. The Tigers have won three of those, none by more than a touchdown, to remain in the national ...
