Our Fantasy Football Finale
Published 1/3/2009 by Juice Staff at F Juice.com
We’d like to congratulate the 2008 Fantasy Blogger Classic winner, Michael McNeil, of the website The Hazean.
McNeil edged out Nik Richie’s The Dirty to take the trucker hat. Third place went to us as we brought down world renowned sports blog, The Big Lead.
For those of you who did not attend our Fantasy Banquet this year, here’s a photo of the winner. (Note: Nik Richie did NOT attend due to prior ...

... deep in the playoffs.
Laveranues Coles, Jets: Coles, as usual, should go today despite the injury report listing. May want to go in a different direction though if you can today.
Tight End:
Jason Witten, Cowboys: Something we should know about Witten is that if something isn’t SERIOUS than we will be seeing him on the field. It appears his ankle won’t keep him out today.
***Check out The Hazean on Monday to see what the damage was this weekend!

Great Debates: Matt Leinart or Kurt Warner?

... not going to improve his game watching from the sidelines. Still, the business of the National Football League is to win and win now. And I agree with everyone who was involved in making this decision — Kurt Warner does give the Arizona Cardinals their best chance to win football games right now. If Matt is ready to take the starting spot at his next opportunity (due to injury or poor play by Kurt), he could still become the unquestioned leader of this team.

Now, I know nobody cares about stories from other people's fantasy leagues, but think of this as a lesson, not a story. If you can't do your draft live (and, quite frankly, there's no excuse for that), you better set up your AutoDraft lists. Tailgating Ideas did not do this. Here were its picks from Round 10 to 14: Billy Volek, Matt Gutierrez, Matt Cassel, J.T. O'Sullivan and Bruce Gradkowski. ...

Have you ever wondered why people get so involved in fantasy sports? I knew the apocalypse was near when Fantasy Golf came around. Don’t get me wrong, you all should know by now that I love golf. I’m just a realist. I want to play golf and improve my game, not live vicariously through the pros. Fantasy Baseball and Fantasy Basketball are way too time consuming for me as well. I know there is also Fantasy Futbol/Soccer in several of the leagues but I’d never get anything done if I did that (In case you do have time you can find Facebook’s Premier League ...

Coach Hobo has to be pissed that his defense allowed 21 points in the 4th quarter, because if they don’t get that screwed on tight, it doesn’t bode well for the matchup with the Colts in the RCA Dome. Tom Brady is now the latest edition of the Sex Cannon, throwing 6 TDs (5 in the first half; two to Moss, two to Welker, one to Kyle Brady and one to Donte Stallworth), and you sense he wants Peyton Manning’s single season TD pass record right now. Side note: someone in the Hazean’s fantasy blogger league has to feel like ass for dropping Welker earlier this week. Too late. I have a #1 waiver claim and he’s mine. ...
