LABallTalk I agree 100%... Kobe doesn't even get the preferential treatment that Dwyane Wade gets, and you can throw Lebron in the same category as Wade as well. These young guys have been overly hyped by the media resulting in superstar status that they haven't achieved on the court yet.

LABallTalk I really don't like this happening. I don't think it's classy for the league to admit to one mistake and not to the others. This action takes away what the Lakers players earned. Afterall, they were the ones that were getting all the calls against them. Why doesn't the league admit that Derek Fisher's shot hit the rim and the shot clock should've been reset?

LABallTalk well... let's see.... Utah "did" play much better at home, until they went down by 19 at halftime in game 6... hook on kobe = slapping of the hands and hand checkin on matt harpring not being called... fouls on odom, do u remember when kirilenko got an and 1 when lamar odom apprently fouled him on a dunk (odom was 2 feet away from him on the play)...vujacic clearly got hit in the face, i suppose last night when ronnie price or ronnie brewer (don't remember which 1) ran over him it was a flop also right??... ft discrepancy, utah had the most personal fouls in the league for the regular season, how could they possibly shoot more free throws than the lakers in utah??...
with all this being said, they made an amazing comback yesterday and simply started playing a bit too late... nice series tho, great fight til the end...

LABallTalk ya, mr fan, i think they should call that three in the key... but then they should also call every push off on the offense on Derron Williams, every elbow by Matt Harpring, and every over the back on Carlos Boozer... apparently, Utah fans hate homecourt advantage after one game as much as LA fans hate homecourt advantage in Utah after 2...

LABallTalk I agree. I think Utah won't get the unreasonable calls that they got in Utah, and I don't think they will get as many fouls called against the Lakers. Things will balance out and if it's a straight basketball game then the Lakers are at a gigantic advantage.

LABallTalk I thought it was a bad call. I've thought the refs have done a horrible job in general these playoffs so far. It's been really ridiculous... to not hit Garnett with anything in the mix up with Zaza, for this ridiculous call when their arms got tangled, and even the flagrant foul called against Jason Kidd when Pargo went down was ridiculous.
