I think we should try and fill out the roster with as many bloggers as we can before resorting the their forums. Of course, for this to work, people have to log in multiple times a day to train their player.

la287 Apparently Stephen A. has been demoted to doing player interviews, instead of working on the main broadcast.
We'll see how ESPN's plan works out. I'm not sure I'd want him interviewing players either.

Both are great flavors. I'd say that D-Will is the better fit for his team, although Chris Paul will be known as the better of the two over the next decade.

la287 I hype this video up only because x-rays came back negative. The foul looked intentional to me, pulling Andrei down, but I don't think Dirk meant to injure anybody. Everytime Dirk touched the ball, he heard it.

la287 I agree UtesFan, this dispute seemed more the result of a lost temper by Jerry Sloan. The Jazz were in the middle of their big losing streak when this happened, and I think that had an effect.
You're a pretty anti-Sloan Jazz fan, I believe. I think that Sloan plays a very large part in our team's success, but I've got to agree with you that Giricek was unfairly treated.
I am excited to see Korver come to Utah as well. I think a lot of Jazz fans have been wanting him for a while. However, I think the Jazz need a physical post player more than a shooter. I've excited to see Korver, but I think that Collins is a bigger waste than Giricek.
By the way, go BYU! Fourth and 18!

la287 I've got agree with that, but I'll decide to disagree that my Jazz are a 99% lock for the playoffs...
However, I think it's really far from close to being accurate...which I think has already been decided.
It points out the obvious very well (like the Spurs making the playoffs), but aside from the Pacific Division, can you really guarantee a 94+% of the Jazz, Spurs, Magic, Pistons, and Celtics winning their divisions?
There's not even a 1-in-500 chance the Nuggets catch up to the Jazz and win the division?

la287 At the very least, it's a more unique way at considering players statistics. While this study may not be the best example, I think it could have some sort of value with more data and tinkering.

la287 What evidence do you have that the Jazz fans used racial slurs? It's not surprising, but I think it's a strong generalization against the crowd in general.
I was there last night, and I must say I don't blame our fans for harassing the refs. The Spurs didn't deserve to get any trouble, but not everybody understands that.
Jarron Collins is excellent at drawing charges. I'm surprised that one of our team leaders, Derek Fisher, got thrown out last night.
Matt apparently has some 'No Ginobili' shirts, available on lightweight cotton to protest a player who flops at the drop of a feather...
