My take on Bissinger v. Leitch. I guess
that I must be the last person weighing in
on this issue, and I'm not carrying much weight to throw in. However, I feel like I'm one of the people caught in between the sides of this suddenly hot issue.

Buzz Bissinger was recently on Costas Now on
HBO. They ripped into Deadspins Will Leitch. Costas says
he did not know Buzz would be so harsh, but it is obvious that he was a ringer. Costas is on record for not liking blogs. He is also on record for rethinking his stance on blogs. So, he brings in the left-hander Buzz to do his dirty work on his show. I personally ran into Buzz Bissinger

Bissinger begins by expressing regret at the way
he behaved toward Leitch. This was probably a wise
(and somewhat respectable) choice considering the absurdity of all the accusations he had made toward Leitch and literally all blogs, which he called "profane," while cursing like a sailor on national television (this is not to say all sailors curse.
