I'm all for moving forward with PHP5, but some of my older sites are still hosted on PHP4-powered boxes. I appreciate the extra effort you've made for backwards compatibility.

The new button code doesn't work in PHP4, but I'll take a look at this page and see if I can tweak it to work with my site. Perhaps a note should accompany the buttons to indicate they are PHP5 only.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention--it looks like our button code wasn't properly handling posts with apostrophes in the title.

We've posted the necessary tweaks; could you trying grabbing the code again and giving it another try?

I grabbed the Hype It Up! buttons for WordPress found here and placed them in my index and single templates:

However, when thebutton is clicked, the URL and title of the post are not passed to BallHype.

The code looks fine and should work under WP 2.0.0.11. Any ideas?
