Submit a Story!

User Top Stories

If you have your own blog or web site, you can include your top BallHype stories headlines on your site—either stories you've submitted or stories you've hyped up. Alternatively, you can include a friend's content. Simply add one of the following code snippets to your HTML template.

Top Stories widgets have variable widths—they'll shrink or grow to fill your container or column. We recommend using the narrow version if your sidebar is between 120 and 200 pixels, and the wide version if you have more than 200 pixels available.

Note: For hosting providers that don't grant HTML template access, you might be able to use a generic RSS sidebar widget with one of the BallHype RSS feeds for a similar effect.

How to add your top BallHype stories to your site:

  1. Navigate to your activity page (or the activity page of another user that you'd like to follow).
  2. Click either the Create Stories Submitted Widget button or Create Stories Liked Widget button in the right sidebar.
  3. Select a widget size, then copy and paste the corresponding JavaScript code into your HTML template.
