It’s clear that Chris Snyder is an underrated
option at catcher, both in something called “real life”
and in fantasy. He hits for nice pop, takes his share of walks, and calls a great game. Last year, while battling with Miguel Montero for the starting job, he hit 13 homers in only 326 at-bats. He’s still developing at 26, plays in a bandbox, and posted a nice career .837 career minor league OPS.
