Former '86 Met Update: Teufel’s team entered Monday
with a 15-12 record, second place in the Florida
State League’s East Division. Teufel, 50, played on the team managed by Davey Johnson that also included Darryl Strawberry, Dwight Gooden, Gary Carter, Keith Hernandez, Ray Knight, Lenny Dykstra, Mookie Wilson, Howard Johnson, Rick Aguilera and Ron Darling among others.
