Andy Pettitte gave the New York Yankees 6 strong innings and their offense pounded out 13 hits in a 10-3 win over the Boston Red Sox in front of 37,225 at Fenway Park. The win for the Yankees was their 8th straight and moves them to within 1 game of the Red Sox for second place in the AL East.
