Mets fans were ready to throw Pelfrey into
the Hudson many times in the last twelve months,
even as recently as May 26th after he lost his sixth straight decision. While Mets fans were stewing about Pelfrey, and the overall team's performance, both have gotten much better and are on strong winning streaks.
