According to 1050 ESPN Radio the Yankees have
traded Ross Ohlendoft + prospects for Xavier Nady and
Damaso Marte. I'm not sure what other prospects are involved, Phil Coke is probably involved, he was pulled after striking out the side in the first tonight in Trenton. This seems like a great move for the Yanks. I will let you know more as soon I as I do. Baseball Prospectus is also reporting ..

the worst of times . . . for fantasy
owners, tonight’s trade of Damaso Marte and right fielder Xavier Nady from the Pittsburgh Pirates to the New York Yankees is a double edged sword. For Nady owners his value jumps, while Marte goes from a very good fantasy closer to a very good set up man for Mariano Rivera.
