This has become a spring tradition. Ozzie Guillen
goes off in an expletive-filled rant about the poor
play of his team. Chicago White Sox general manager Ken Williams disapproves of the rant, and makes a not-so-subtle threat about Guillen's job. So why doesn't Ken Williams just fire the guy already?
