In Tuesday night's win against the Detroit Tigers, Cleveland Indians reliever Rafael Betancourt was hit twice with a rare rule that you gotta throw the ball within 12 seconds of the batter being ready, or else the ump adds a ball to the count. Who among us knew this was actually a rule?
