The Slovenian national basketball team could probably be
pretty good. Certainly not on the level of the
US, or even Argentina and Spain, but they certainly could be pretty good in the sense that Germany, France, Lithuania, Greece and China are pretty good. Their only problem? It seems to be apathy, as many of their best players have declined to play in this month's Olympic qualifier.

Real Salt Lake announced Tuesday that they have
ended Matias Cordoba’s loan with the club. Cordoba was
on loan from Argentinos Juniors, but wanted to explore his options in Argentina after making 7 appearances with the RSL first team. The 23 midfielder joined RSL earlier this season and will now return to Argentina.
