Poul Hübertz Returning to Denmark
The former Millwall FC and Northampton Town forward is heading home to his native Denmark after two seasons in England's League One. The 31-year-old Danish player is rumoured to be joining 1st Division side AB after Northampton Town decided not to resign the popular player. His former club AaB (Aalborg BK) appears to be in the mix as well.

EURO 2008 Qualifying: Fan sentenced for attacking referee...
Sporting News: An appeals court sentenced a Danish soccer fan to 20 days in jail for attacking the referee in a drunken rage during a European Championship qualifier between Sweden and Denmark. The referee abandoned the Group F match after the incident and UEFA eventually awarded Sweden a 3-0 victory. --- The Danish soccer federation is suing the man for $375,500, and Denmark failed to qualify.
