To date, Delonte West is still a restricted
free agent and has not signed with any team.
According to sources, both the Cleveland Cavaliers and West are at a stalemate with all negotiations.

wondering if the Cleveland Cavaliers will still sign Delonte
West. Before the trade, Delonte was offered a one year $2.76 million contract but he turned down the deal. Ever since, West has been shopping for a contract that could give him security for the next three to four years.
