I guess it's just as well that I forgot to pick this game. Tough game. Hopefully this was an adjustment game for the Warriors and they learned what they needed to win game 2.

Stop Calling Golden State "Small"
clipperblog.com 5/7/2007 — Seriously.  Stop conflating speed with size.   Let’s take a look at their starting lineup from Game Six against Dallas on Thursday night: Baron Davis [6’ 3”, 215]    Jason Richardson [6’ 6”, 225] ...
NBA Playoffs 1987: Warriors and Jazz Brawl
ballhype.com 5/7/2007 — I dug up this old article on the Warriors/Jazz playoff game recap  brawl from 1987.  Utah fan was out in force that night.  Unfortunately for them, the W's reeled off 3 straight to take the series.  From the San Jose Mercury News archives (April 26, 1987): WARRIORS GO DOWN FIGHTING They left the court surrounded by angry fans and overwhelmed security people in a ...
Monta and Baby Al Ready to 'Join the Party'
aolsportsblog.com 5/7/2007 — Conventional wisdom holds that Utah's space-age frontcourt will test the Warriors' shock tactics, and that Deron Williams could very possibly outplay Baron Davis. That's all fine and good, but before last week, a win over Dallas without any contribution from Ellis or Harrington would have sounded ridiculous. At this point, it might be best sit back, enjoy the ride, and wait to see how the ...
Who do you want to win?
brightsideofthesun.com 5/8/2007 — I'm watching the Utah/Golden St. game tonight and find myself rooting really hard for the Jazz.  It made me wonder: is it because most of my family is in Utah and so I want them to be happy?  Or is it because I would rather the Suns face the ...
MORMENTUM
youbeenblinded.com 5/8/2007 — The Utah Jazz won game one of what looks to be a 7 game slugfest. The Jazz fans were amped but they still didn't match the intensity of the Warriors' faithful.
Late Jazz Rally Leaves Warriors Singing the Blues
20secondtimeout.blogspot.com 5/8/2007 — Utah outscored Golden State 4-0 in the last 17 seconds to win Game One of their series, 116-112. The decisive play fittingly came on a putback by Carlos Boozer, who had an off shooting night (6-15) but still contributed 17 points and 20 rebounds, helping the Jazz to a 54-36 rebounding advantage.
Fantastic Game
myespn.go.com 5/8/2007 — There are about two minutes left in this Utah vs. Golden State game. It's insanely fun to watch. Both teams are fast-breaking like crazy. Great point guard duel. Lots of made baskets. If you have friends who don't like basketball, make them watch ...
