Look up Marquise Walker on YouTube. Bunches of videos of a short kid from Chicago playing basketball will appear. If you haven't looked it up yet, you are probably thinking what is the big deal about a kid from Chicago playing basketball? Well, I am going to tell you. That kid is the definition of a prodigy. I have watched many videos of him and every time I see them, I just think wow. He has met more NBA and college players than most people would in a lifetime—and he is only about 10 years old! Just to name some people he has met: Jeffery Jordan, Kevin Durant, Dee Brown, Luther Head, Jamaal Tinsley, LeBron James, Jermaine O'Neal, Chris Duhon and T.J. Ford...and that isn't even all of them! He says he has a 9/10 chance of making the NBA when he is older. He may be cocky, but I think he has the right to be. The kid can hit threes like crazy. Just shot after shot after shot. He can drive to the hoop and he can dish the ball with ease. He is probably the most known kid under 13 on ...

There was plenty of offense Friday night on both sides (69 combined points for the Wizards' big three; 35 points by District native Kevin Durant). But that doesn't make up for how poor the Wizards looked on defense. Just when it seems like the offense is showing signs of life and Gilbert Arenas is taking better care of the ball (only 5 turnovers total the last two games), the defense allows a season high for points while the Thunder shoots 52.4 percent from three and 53 percent overall. Michael Lee delves into all this in his late-night postgame thoughts. The Wizards have to shake it off quickly because they have to play at San Antonio on Saturday. The Oklahoma City Thunder started off the season showing a new intensity for defense, something the entire team has struggled with since before they moved from Seattle. Though the Thunder are still young and lack experience, they have brought in all the pieces that are capable of doing exactly what head coach Scott Brooks wants them to do. The key for any kind of run at the postseason falls upon the young, long, and thin forward from Texas, Kevin Durant. Durant has shown since he stepped foot in the NBA that he knows how to score with the big boys in the league. He's always been teamed up with two players, forward Jeff Green and guard Russell Westbrook.
