What does one of these cities have over
the other? And what does Gilbert Arenas have to
do with it?
I have a large and poorly-organized collection of
NBA games on DVD. As the summer moves along,
we here at BDL thought it a good idea to perhaps go through a game or 12 as if it were a live blog, throwing out some insight while never passing on a ...

We reveal some more details about Andrew Bogut's
$60 million extension and speculate what it means for
the Bucks' cap situation--now and down the road.
Agent Zero has no love for the city
of Milwaukee. Et tu, Gilbert?
That is all. I really don’t feel like
going too much into his asinine comments about how
nobody wants to play in Milwaukee. Fact is, he’s probably pretty much right. Arenas is going to get his share of heat for saying that stuff, which ...
We all knew the 76ers were negotiating to
sign a couple of guards. But we didn't know
about this one. Not Andre Iguodala or Lou Williams, their restricted free agents. Royal Ivey. The Sixers have reached an agreement with the 6-4 backcourt player, ...
Sure Gilbert Arenas runs his mouth at times....but
for the most part, it's all in good fun.
(And yes, I've been frustrated at this "fun") But what's wrong with garnering more attention and creating a spirited rivalry between two cities/teams? We'll be hearing about this next season when the Washington Wizards face off against the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Sixers have yet to take care of
their two restricted free agent guards, Andre Iguodala and
Lou Williams, but they are still working to fill out their roster, signing guard Royal Ivey to a 2 year contract. Ivey spent last season with the Milwaukee Bucks..... Of course, Ivey is a more well know for his "nut-punching" abilities. Click to see what he did last year to Aaron Gray of the Bulls....
Charles Barkley is giving his money away again,
and this time to a much nobler cause than
going into Steve Wynn’s pockets . The PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS reports that Sir Charles has decided to fund one special busboy’s college education. ...

We wrap up the Bucks' Vegas trip with
Scott Skiles' reaction as well as reviews of Joe
Alexander, Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, and Ramon Sessions.
Another day, another chance to liveblog the Bucks
from our courtside seat.
The Bucks improved to 3-1 in Vegas with
their 81-67 win over Minnesota yesterday. Check out our
liveblog here , and the JS also has a brief recap . Darius Washington filled in nicely for Ramon Sessions, scoring 19 points along with ...
Brew Hoop was courtside in Vegas for the
Bucks and Timberwolves, so clearly we had to do
a liveblog.
The Warriors are leaving Las Vegas as one
of the three top teams in the NBA Summer
League at 4-1. Tied with the Nuggets and Bucks, their only loss was to Northern California rival, the Sacramento Kings. ‘We Believe’ fans should be delighted that first round pick, Anthony Randolph, was a star for the Warriors while averaging 20.8 ppg and 7.8 rpg.
While people everywhere were going off on the
fact that someone on the national team was putting
their NCAA ring on eBay and selling it, I didn't touch the story for a second. Why? Because (pun alert) it had a bad "ring" to it.
When it’s a slow day in the sports
world you can always count on cheerleaders to brighten
a gloomy blogging morning. Thanks to our friends at Uncoached (who have the awesome dunking photos from this event ), we can bring you the ...
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Denver Nuggets 79-67
Thursday Night, thanks to a horrendous 2nd quarter by
Denver, in which they only managed to score 7 points. Ramon Sessions and Roderick Wimont had 13 to lead Milwaukee, while rookies Joe Alexander and Luc Richard Mbah A Moute, both had 10 points towards the Bucks' 2nd win of the Summer League. http://rawsportsblog.com/?p=1301
I’ve never thought much about the rumors that
are posted in the Sacramento Bee, especially after that
rag once claimed that Yi Jianlian’s camp was trying to get the Chinese Man of Mystery traded to the Kings because they are so close to ...
Is Andrew Bogut the best center named Andrew drafted in the
2005 lottery? Is Bogut a Top 10 NBA center?
What does Mehmet Okur, the center for the Utah Jazz get paid? These are things Bucks fans need to know as Bogut this week is set ...
