Spurs lose Parker and Ginobili, then lose to Mavs in OT

The Spurs played much better defense but the injury bug is taking its toll and the Spurs have some major issues to address before facing the Utah Jazz tonight (Ginobili has been ruled out and Parker is doubtful), such as interior defense and turnovers. Dirk Nowitzki scored a season-high 41 points.
