Miami has just as much speed as Florida. I know it seems hard to believe, but it's true. Shannon and Myer recruit the exact same high schools. It's not like Miami's skill players are from Idaho and Florida's have Jamaican genes. Miami has talent, it's just unproven.

ACC Power Pool for Week One

How many times have we heard that the Atlantic Coast is as bad as it gets when it comes to football as far as BCS Conferences go? I would say too many to want to mention. However, after this last weekend it would be pretty hard to defend the ACC's position on this discussion.

UNC wasn't good, but neither was most of the ACC

I know that watching the Tar Heels squeak by McNeese State wasn't the way most of the fan base wanted to begin the season. The two things that we can all bring home from the game are: It was a win after all and Brandon Tate was as good as anyone has ever been in a Carolina Blue uniform.
