And when, exactly, did the Big Ten ask for your advice?
Sean Jackson, a CFN blogger, had a coherent (that was about it) write up on how the Big Ten can be better in 2008 . Now, I won’t get into the fact that he’s just one of the many talking about the Big Ten as if it’s the MAC or even the Big East circa 2004. First, the best line of them all. Penn State is an 8.20-point favorite hosting Michigan. Again, I know this is very early, and CFP changes its lines right before each game, but to start out as an 8-plus-point fav

Do not tell me Penn State is the Big Ten orphan child
Do not tell me Penn State is the Big Ten orphan child
Just a few days ago, I introduced myself as a Penn State fan when discussing college football with someone I just met. His immediate response was “Oh, why did Penn State ever decide to join the Big Ten?, They have no rivals there.” What shocked me was that it was 2007, 15 years of Big Ten history and tradition since our inaugural season, but people still talked as if it was 1993.

Look out, Wolverines -- the Spartans are on the Rise
Great Article written by By Tim Hyland, About.com Guide to College Football I have been saying for more than a year now that Mark Dantonio might be the coach to finally get Michigan State over the top. And the guy just keeps giving me more reasons to believe. Dantonio, a former assistant under Ohio State's Jim Tressel, arrived in East Lansing in late 2006 after a strong three-year run at Ci
