this Mother’s Day. Over the holiday weekend, her son
O.J. Mayo received some not-so-good publicity from EastSidePN about gifts he allegedly received while attending USC his freshman year. First Reggie Bush, now O.J. is finding himself in hot water over gifts he reportedly received as a Trojan. Why isn’t this a surprise?
Former USC basketball player O.J. Mayo, a projected
lottery pick in this year's NBA draft, received thousands
of dollars in cash, clothes and other benefits in apparent violation of NCAA rules while he was still in high school and during his one year in college, a former Mayo associate told ESPN's "Outside the Lines."
With the NBA Draft Lottery about a week
away, CBR felt that was appropriate to take a
quick look at the top 14 prospects. In order: Derrick Rose, Michael Beasley, Jerryd Bayless, Brook Lopez, Kevin Love, O.J. Mayo, Anthony Randolph, D.J. Augustin, DeAndre Jordan, Russell Westbrook, Eric Gordon, Danilo Gallinari, Darrell Arthur and a bunch of other candidates.
