The Knoxville News-Sentinel and Tuscaloosa News are both reporting that Coach Phillip Fulmer was served with a deposition subpoena while attending the SEC Media Days in Birmingham earlier today by attorneys representing disgruntled ex-Alabama booster Wendell Smith in his defamation and libel suit against the NCAA.
